Islamic States: Nigeria Makes List of Jihadist Proposed Native Lands

He listed the IS’ Khorasan province – encompassing Afghanistan and Pakistan’s tribal region – as well as parts of Africa – including its Somalia, Mozambique, Central Africa (ISCAP), West Africa (ISWAP), and Sahel provinces – as alternatives to the group’s native lands of Iraq and Syria and encouraged supporters to find ways to migrate themselves if they are unable to access official support. The door of migration is wide open in all areas of the Khilafah in various parts of the world until the Day of Judgment approaches, if you cannot reach Iraq and Sham, you can go to Khurasan or Africa (Punland and Bosaso, Somalia, Mozambiq, Congo, Central Africa, Nigeria, West Africa or Mali Sahel).
